  • We accept returns without any fixed return timeline.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • If a returned item is found to be used or damaged, the return request will be rejected.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Size & Fit Assistance

  • Our outfits are designed with extra margin inside the dress to allow for minor size adjustments.

  • If sizing issues still persist after adjustments, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the product meets our return eligibility conditions.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a full refund.

  • To process a defect-related refund smoothly, customers must provide a parcel opening video.

  • Once the video is verified, the refund will be issued without any further questions.
