How do I place an order on your website?
Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order. Select a suitable size from the drop-down list. Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order.There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button. Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.
I have a promo code, how do I apply it?
You can apply discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer information. Please refer to the below image for promo code application.
I have placed my order. What happens next?
Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from Nfornari.com. We will then start making your order, from our Jaipur warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Then, your item is shipped to your location.
You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner’s website which is carrying your order. You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.
Do you accept returns?
We gladly accept returns to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with Nfornari.uk. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the specified return period after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy. Please note that certain items, such as customized or sale products, may not be eligible for return. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request. tosupport@nfornari.uk
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we give you the flexibility to cancel your order “before” it leaves our warehouse i.e. before it gets shipped. Simply write to us on support@nfornari.uk with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.
Can I cancel an order after shipping?
After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.
How will I be refunded for a canceled order or a return?
On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount will be credited to your Nfornari account as credit points. You will be able to use this credit on any of your future purchases on Nfornari.uk.
What are the shipping charges I need to pay for an order?
Shipping charge is levied on all orders depending on the weight. for Domestic its included in the MRP
I need my order urgently. Can you deliver it?
Nfornari.uk offers express shipping for all your urgent occasion needs. For express delivery, shipping charge of INR 300 is levied on your order.
In how many days my order will get delivered?
If you choose the standard shipping option, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 10-15 working days.
Can I book order for delivery to more than one address?
Each order is shipped only to a single address. However, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.
Will I get a refund of my Shipping Charges in case of return?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchange or cancellations.
Why is tax being charged on my order?
Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Goods and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by Nfornari.uk to the relevant government authorities. All products are inclusive of tax.
What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?
For all online order, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse.
In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making a delivery attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support the following modes of payments-

What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not collect or store your card information with us. If you suspect any unauthorized behaviour on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.
I am concerned about the security aspects related to typing out my credit card number online.
Please be assured that we do not receive/ store your complete card details. When you enter the card details you are redirected to a secure payment site. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details.
